This work emerged as regional Victoria suffered through riverine flooding. Submerged beneath flood waters, boundaries and demarcations disappeared into vast flood plains illustrating the need for a new mapping of the landscape to navigate our future.

The Leasehold's catenary curves reveal the forces of gravity and local wind conditions. These interwoven chains shift and change. Each curve adjusts in response and represents the continual compromise between rigidity and flexibility with each part in perfect balance.
